Subconscious- First steps

Subconscious- First steps

If we want to talk about the subconscious, first we must understand what it is.

Scientists and many intellectuals studied the subject, and we gathered some of their conclusions:

Sigmund Freud divided the human mind into three parts:

Conscious daily thoughts such as simple or complex tasks, concrete information about the reality in which the person lives, for example:" I have two kids, I love my wife", and changing daily thoughts, desires and feelings.

Preconscious is referring to thoughts and memories from the recent and more distant past. They are not repressed and are therefore available for recall and easily capable of becoming conscious and can be easily drawn. When it comes to memories from the recent past like a month ago, they may be recalled very clearly. As for memories from a more distant past and especially from childhood, specific memories will be sent to the conscious and will focus on particular details of the event in question.

The unconscious is a reservoir of memories which functions defensively. In there, will be memories the person is not willing to deal with on a conscious level and therefore are stored in the area from which they cannot be recalled. Events stored at an unconscious level shaped the personality of the person as a child, especially in early childhood. They directly affect the behavior and feelings of the person.

Carl Jung one of the disciples of Freud expanded the concept of unconscious and talked about the collective unconscious. It is proposed to be a part of the unconscious mind. Carl Jung emphasizes on the effects of the society in which the person lives and how this can affect its psyche as well as its unconscious. Jung also organized this concept into different archetypes and collective representations.

Viktor Frankl was also a student of Freud, expanded the notion of unconscious and added to it the spiritual dimension of the human mind. He addressed differences between good and evil, the bright side and dark side of the soul and pointed out our constant need to experience both parts as well as our desire to connect to the divine source within us.

Joseph Murphy- American psychology researcher, named the subconscious "the infinite intelligence", and suggested that a man has the power to create his own reality through his thoughts along with the unconscious mind.

Milton H. Erickson claimed the subconscious to be an inexhaustible pool of resources, a source of creativity responsible in a large part for our daily activities as well as the person's personality.

Arian Lev deeply investigated the subject and discovered that people are characterized by certain behaviors and events that repeat themselves without the person understanding why this is happening to him. According to this approach, beliefs have been burned in the subconscious by the person as a child until ten years old. As an adult the person is still driven by these same beliefs.                                                                                                                                   As children we look at the world and burn behavioral and emotional settings. The child learns primarily settings from his parents as well as from the society in which he lives. These settings will be related to main issues such as sexuality, love and basic needs, as well as secondary issues.

Those same beliefs that were burned in the child's memory will create conditionings. Conditioning by definition is an act carried out automatically, when something triggers it. That is to say: a specific event = specific behavior or emotion. If a particular emotional experience was burned in the subconscious following a certain event, each time a person will encounter such an event, he will unconsciously experience the same emotional and behavioral pattern.

An example of conditioning known to everyone is related to relationship. Today many people are experiencing difficulties in this area. The following belief may be common to a lot of people saying: "Every time I love somebody, he does not love me back, and every time that the other part is interested, well I am not."

This pattern may be very frustrating since a person wishes to be in a relationship although is not able to. The source of this pattern lies in the subconscious.                                                   As For example, this same person may have wanted when he was a two-year-old boy, something simple – he wanted his mother to take him in her arms. At this same moment the mother was cooking, and replied softly: "My darling mom is busy right now, I will hug you in a bit"; the boy insisted, pulled her leg and so she took him away. The child then has learned that Mom (symbol for love from a woman) actually rejected him. He felt her love and experienced it as rejection. When the child grew up, became a man, and experience the same situation with women, the same pattern which has been burned at two years old will appear as a conditioning: love = rejection.

Another example of a prevalent conditioned behavior is related to eating disorders. For eating in childhood is related to basic needs. There is no living without nutrition and during our childhood the food comes to us from the circle of people surrounding us, as the most significant figure in this regard is of course the mother.

There is a basic need in helping the child to live. For example a girl goes in the morning with her mother to the kinder garden. As sometimes happens to a child, she does not want to separate from her mother, and the teacher takes her up and tell the mother – “It's okay I'll take care of her, you can go”. The mother leaves and at that moment the little girl felt abandoned from the first person she expects to be provided with basic needs, she feels love for her mother, and her experience is about abandonment. As a result she engraved into her subconscious a conditioning called- Love = abandonment. The teacher then gives the child a biscuit, just a little something to distract her. The child eats the biscuit and then really feels distracted.

This same child might suffer from eating disorder when she grows up since this behavioral pattern has been burned in her subconscious and is related to the conditioning- love = abandonment.

Whenever she’ll experience this conditioning she will compensate it by eating. She won’t be aware of the cause but will unconsciously repeat this pattern again and again and experience additional events in which she will meet with feelings of abandonment which will lead her to food. She’ll quit many work places and won’t be able to settle down, she will feel like a failure-and then will eat. In love relationship, men may either constantly leave her or she’ll leave them first. She will then feel disappointment and loneliness-and eat.

She’ll be really fearful and anxious that people around her may constantly leave her as an additional pattern resulting from this conditioning, and then calm herself with food. She’ll feel that her world is totally collapsing when it happens, and then feel strong emotions of guilt and anger every time she won’t be able to overcome this emotional eating habit.

She won’t understand why this is happening; she’ll only feel enchained in this emotional pattern, nor will she be aware of the primary event that has been burned in her subconscious as being the source of it.

The Arian Lev Method knows the way to release these conditionings. It enables to get back in time directly to this initial event. This same child that experienced this initial memory is located in the deep levels of the subconscious.

It is possible to go back to this memory and uncover this targeted memory that is locked in the depths of the subconscious, withdraw the information for it to become conscious, by guided imagination, when the patient is in a state between sleep and wakefulness (alpha waves), when connected to his entire body. The patient is all focused on the initial event, through sensory experiences such as taste, shapes and colors.  She is then capable of reviving the memory from the child's emotional point of view. She expresses it and thus releases it from his defensive system.

Following this, we change the child's screenplay and reprogram the subconscious. It is like "teaching" the child that the event had happened differently.

For example a child experiences rejection from his mother. The event will be "fixed" by seeing the event in his mind's eye when her mother responds to her needs- holds her and kisses her, saying she loves her and accepts her. The subconscious programming will switch the conditioning from love = rejection to love = acceptance.

It is important to note-When the patient leaves the session he remembers what happened in the initial event. He remembers the emotions expressed, he remembers that he "fixed" the image, according to the method, and then will concentrate on the reprogrammed event in order to accelerate the implementation of the new conditioning.

After a short period of time (each has its own pace), we start to note a significant change in the patient's life. The new conditioning love=acceptance is now burned in his subconscious.

He starts to experience more and more events related to acceptance. He accepts himself as he is; he is able to attract into his life the love of a woman since he is able to accept it and let her love him back. The change then appears in other domains of his life such as in the economic sector, he'll gain more money, since he is open to receive. If he is looking for a job, work places and companies will want to hire him. The person will experience love and acceptance from others, like family and friends. He is now open to accept love and won't reject it no more.

The four steps

The connection phase: This is the first phase of therapy by the Arian Lev Method. In this phase the patient will connect to himself, to his body, to his feelings his thoughts and then become more self-conscious. This step is essential so the patient will be able to get to the next phase in which he will release the conditioning by connecting to his deepest emotions.

The releasing phase: Only after the person is connected to himself, can he start the releasing process and release the root conditioning.

The discovery phase: The patient discovers his new self when driven by the corrected conditioning, realizing the way the change operates in his life such as how differently he behaves, feels and responds to life situations.

This step is very important to the healing process since the person goes through a significant internal change in a relatively short period of time.

The implementation phase: The last step in which the person applies his real inner desires. He is able to summon to his life the reality he wants when behaving and feeling safe and connected to himself. The inner conversation with himself will be easy and clear. The internal blocking conditionings don't define him anymore and they don't rule his life. The patient is in controls of his life.

We assume that he will behave to himself and his surrounding the same way we behave to children as adults.

When the child learns negative settings, these ones won't serve him and he will live out of a gap between his desires, his inner potential and his reality.

In this phase the adult learns to love and accept himself, even though various events from his childhood may say initially otherwise. He is now open to giving and receiving love from the Universe.

Here lies the secret.

Along the ten last years, The Arian Lev Method was applied on around than 5000 patients who completed the process and went through the four phases of the therapy. Their lives changed significantly.

In addition, Arian Lev also wrote a thesis on the subject.

The Golden Rule- "Love thy neighbor as thyself"

It is only possible to truly love when the love comes from within.

I invite you to have a glance into my book, written these days- a story in which I describe a therapy session at the Arian Lev Center

I invite you to have a glance into my book, written these days- a story in which I describe a therapy session at the Arian Lev C

by Arian Lev on Monday, March 19, 2012 at 11:12am ·
Joel's a nice guy in his late thirties.
Joel joined the group out of curiosity and a deep desire to understand how the subconscious operates and its blockings.
As I explained how the subconscious operates, I invited a volunteer from the audience to come and make an experience.
Joel offered to volunteer and came to sit in front of me.
I asked Joel where do you feel stuck in your life? Joel replied that he felt he had somehow managed to progress well in his life. He got a job he really wanted although felt difficulty in connecting to his creativity, which was essential to his work. He also confessed he was experiencing depression that he'd been trying to fight for a long time.
He was in therapy for about a year with a psychologist, but he didn't feel any progression as for releasing all his emotional blockages. For example, he reported he was unable to cry for years, even though it was the focus of his therapy sessions.
I asked Joel to go back to the last time he was at his workplace and tried to tap into his creativity and the difficulty he felt there. Joel recalled that two days ago, he was sitting in the office, and since he is the Vice-President of a Business Development company, he tried to connect to captivating and creative ideas and thoughts seriously.
I sent him back to this same day at the office and asked him where he felt this sense of being stuck when you're sitting at your office and you are not able to focus. Joel mentioned that it feels like a burning sensation in his stomach. I asked him to go with the feeling and imagine entering the body from which stemmed the pain, and speak as if he was the pain itself.
Joel said: "I'm stuck, I can't get out, I cannot breathe!
- Okay, I said, stay with it. Imagine you are breathing light into the pain, and concentrate on what you experience just focus on what you are experiencing right now.
- I feel pain, very much pain.
- Ok, let's give to this pain, color and shape.
- What do you feel now?
- I need to move, it's like something want to come out.
-So just follow the movement that you feel and gently start moving. Joel started to stretch his back.
- Is there a sound?
- He began to hear voices, and after a while, he got up and started to jump and shake his hands.
- What happens? I asked.
- Well, it is less painful but still is.
- Try to give it a sound again. He leaned forward. Better, go with the movement. He continued to make sounds, which now sounded like a cough or vomit.
- What do you feel?
-Heavy and tired.
I sat beside him, put my hands on his stomach and back and did some healing therapy on these parts of the body and helped him to release the pain. Then I asked him to focus on the feeling and to go back in time to the first event in which he experienced this blockage and the abdominal pain.
Joel returned to the age of five and saw himself sitting and drawing, when his mother didn't pay attention to him. She was focused into herself and so, Joel felt lonely and disconnected. He brought the painting to his mother and wanted to give it to her as a gift so that she would be happy, but his mother didn't relate to it, she put it on the table and got back to sleep, with an incredible feeling of loneliness.
Little Joel felt very hurt and lonely, he felt that Mom does not understand him that her mother doesn't relate to him and, no matter what he does, mom will be sad and won't be there for him, she won't be on his side. He felt a strong sense of loneliness and helplessness.
When he came back from relaxation state and opened his eyes, I told him that the sense of the being stuck he feels when trying to connect to his creativity stems from that feeling. Every time he brings his wonders out and feels the need to give away his natural gifts to people and the environment, he repeatedly experiences the same feeling of rejection and abandonment he experienced when little... And the intense pain he had felt beforehand is actually the pain he felt for the first time at the age of five. This pain remained in his body and has being recycled again and again when he tried to connect to his creativity.
The subconscious blocks Joel has experienced all the time and stopped him are;
love = rejection, love = abandonment.
Creativity represents love and desire for love. But when he tried to give love and receive love from his mother, he experienced rejection and abandonment. That is why it hurts him so much.
As we looked into additional areas of Joel's life, we could definitely see that this behavioral pattern repeats itself. In love relationship, Joel is inclined to reject the one who wants him and be attracted to the one who rejects him and quits easily.
In the financial field Joel can make a lot of money, but is not able to hold it.
He sat quietly for a while, holding his heavy head. I explained to him that he could continue to experience physical and emotional reactions in the coming days and if that happens, he should see that as a positive sign. That is to say, the body continues to work out and release tension.
I recommended him as well to start therapy with one of the therapists specialized in the Arian Lev Method of Reprogramming the Subconscious in order to release the emotional blockage, so that his life will change once for all.
The next day, Joel had diarrhea and vomiting. Later that day he began to cry and shed tears. It happened several times in the next few days. Joel wasn't aware of why he was crying, but reported feeling a sort of purification, and it also made him feel lighter. When he cried, he felt pain in his stomach. So Joel enrolled the therapy program at the Arian Lev Center, and started to release the subconscious blocks holding him back.
When I spoke to him on the phone a few months after completing treatment, he thanked me again about the meeting, and said that this was a turning point, and he began a long process of releasing stress and tension. He also felt that he gained more from his personal therapy sessions after the group meeting he had with me.
And now, after treatment, is really feels like a new person, he breathes more easily, he can express himself better and better, creative ideas come up to his mind easily and he is also able to put them into action. He even allows himself to think big and recommend himself to new projects that never before would have thought to offer.
I asked him how he feels personally; he said he felt really happy and relieved. The relationships with his children seriously improved, he can connect to them and embrace their love. As for love relationship, he still hasn't found, but is sure it will come soon.
Most of his joy comes from his peace of mind and the sense of confidence he feels from within, knowing that no one can stop him and his has the power to achieve and do what he wants. Suddenly, he allows himself more. Suddenly he knew that he deserves more, and suddenly he has the time to relax and enjoy everything he already has in his life.
I was glad to hear what he revealed me and was thrilled to hear that the pain he felt completely disappeared from his life and that he feels like a rebirth.
I thanked him for his openness, and a slight smile of satisfaction crossed my lips…

The Subconscious Meaning Underneath the Words- Listen to Tina Turner's song:

"What's Love Got To Do With It"
 Lyrics:
"You must understand
That the touch of your hand
Makes my pulse react
That it's only the thrill
Of boy meeting girl
Opposites attract
It's physical
Only logical
You must try to ignore
That it means more than that
(Chorus)
Oh what's love got to do, got to do with it
What's love but a second hand emotion?
What's love got to do, got to do with it
Who needs a heart?
When a heart can be broken"

In this song Tina Turner is determined in her way to address or experience love to one another.

She says: "There is no need to put some emotion into it as a heart can be broken, who needs a heart, let's keep it physical and logical".
Are these thoughts also yours?

If so, you are driven by an unconscious conditioning investigated by Arian, Lev creator and developer of the Arian Lev Method of Reprogramming the Subconscious, which has been proven as blocking the subconscious, called emotion=danger.

This conditioning is the result of very unpleasant feelings which arise every time the person is moved by something or someone. These emotions are sensed as intense and will be interpreted as dangerous.

It actually means that feeling is dangerous.
As a result, the subconscious will send out an unconscious command telling you to disconnect from your feelings, from people, to back up or close up and be only rational, whenever emotional situations come up.

The unconscious reaction from the body and mind finds its origin in our childhood, or mother womb in which the person experienced a primary event and burned this conditioning: emotion=danger.

For example:

A 3 year-old little girl dropped her ice cream on the floor and so started to cry, the father  tried to calm her  down by shouting roughly at her and asking her to stop crying. The little girl got frightened and understood she had to stop crying so she won't feel the fear and the danger which arises with emotions. At this moment, she burned in her subconscious the conditioning emotion=danger that tells that it is not secure for me to show my emotions.
People may think you are just a cold or an indifferent person.

Well, this is not who you really are, there is a reason why you started to act this way, you just need to find out in your past when it all started and release this conditioning.

Thanks to the Arian Lev Method, this is possible; you can securely feel what's Love again!

Revolutions Start from Within

What's happening to a world that suddenly wakes up? It amazes and moves me to see, more and more people understanding what should be taken for granted although it appears it is not:  we deserve to have a good life!

In Israel as well as in Arab countries or even in Europe, revolutions and change don’t come not the poorest class, but the middle-class, the educated one... It is very moving to see the process we’re are going through, and it tells us something about our subconscious .. Something awakens in us and we understand that we deserve everything!: We deserve a good health and a beautiful apartment, a good education and a good salary. We also deserve to love, a good social life, and more...

If we look at the History, there have been revolutions that brought change, however the results were minimal. The change of government brought to power another government that has been operating the same way. Look at  Romania, Russia, France and Egypt- Are we looking at a real democracy today? I doubt it.

When we put ourselves into action through struggle, we attract to us the same frequency, because we don’t send out to the world the belief that we deserve it. For example, if  you see a very beautiful woman trying to look prettier, it just seems excessive and she does not  look so attractive anymore.

Suppose you look at yourself  in the mirror and you see a horrible stain of dirt on your nose. What will you do?
A. You hit the mirror... will this help you?
B. Replace a mirror?
C. Maybe you'll fly away to another country...?
There you will see something else as you’ll look at the mirror.
D. You decide not to look in the mirror anymore ... It might help until someone will remind you that you have a huge spot right on the nose...

The answer is obvious- you should cleanse your face and then you’ll see a new face in the mirror.

If we compare it to our life, this is exactly the same thing. Our subconscious constitutes 95% of our brain and the way we are programmed from within brings a great influence on all the reality of our lives. If I cannot maintain a  healthy relationship, if I suffer from eating disorders driven by a need to comfort my  feelings, if I'm not happy, if I suffer from anxiety...my financial situation doesn’t take off, no matter how much I saved!  If I'm not feeling well, if I am not making it at my  current job, if all around me people do not do me any good, etc. .. All these situations are the reflection of my subconscious programming, they are the mirrors within me.
These mirrors reflect my subconscious state, and which beliefs were burned from an early age.

In order to make a real change in our reality, the change must first come from within. Change in the external world comes only  after we‘ve changed inside of us.
Want to change your life? Both personal and social, understand that you deserve it!
Before doing anything, change you're being, you deserve everything you ask for.

When each of us get into introspection and release the subconscious blocks that have been passed over from generation to generation, when you opening your heart, we truly understand and we deserve to achieve our full potential, live happy, love and be truly loved .. only then it will be truly reflected in our society.

The government in charge is a reflection of our subconscious.
And so it pleases me to see all the amazing people who begin to understand in this period of changes in the world, that we deserve to live better.

This is the first step.

Connecting to intuition

Intuition – a word that is popular in today's modern world. We seem to hear more and more people claiming today that "my intuition is telling me so and so" but we do not know exactly how to describe what intuition is. How can we define whether it is intuition or thoughts, senses, and the anxieties that accompany this or that decision of ours? Does our intuition lie? Or should we rely on it as the compass that directs our lives?

Is everyone born with intuition? Or is it a gift that only some of us are endowed with?
In the Western post-spiritual era, we have been taught to rely on what can be measured, everything that is certain and researched. The need to control feelings and urges and to think in an orderly manner, has been implanted in us. Everyone who has learned math at school has obviously become used to the only way that we are taught to solve problems – the analytical way, identifying the problem, finding the way through it and then arriving at the solution and answer.

We also completely ignore the world of emotions that exists in all of us. As soon as a child is born – we immediately consider and examine the process of its growth according to measurable and rational growth parameters and in fact, we ignore the fact that each of us is born into this world with the gift of intuition. Intuition is part of the energy of our soul, part of our body, and it is located in the stomach.

As people, we are made up of two elements – mother earth which contains the physical body, and father heaven, which contains the soul, which is part of our body and feeds all of our cells. Part of that same soul is also found in the stomach and that in that energy store we have what is referred to as our gut feelings. Sadly, when children are born, we teach immediately them to connect with their mother, "mother earth", the physical body and everything connected to it.
We teach them to exercise logic, to be practical, using the logical, left hand side of the brain. There are even periods when we educate them to ignore intuition because emotions and intuition are scary things, uncertain, which can bring about tragedy, and we have to control and restrain ourselves and work only according to the logical approach – according to the proper, rational problem-solving solution.

However, despite these attempts to ignore it, intuition is still a part of all of us, and it is the divine spark that we all have inside ourselves. Since we do not know clearly what it is, how to use it, how to apply it to our daily lives, because of our education that has pushed us to focus on the rational, we do not know exactly what intuition is and we get confused between it and emotion, thoughts, fears and beliefs.

So what is the role of intuition in our lives? What have we been gifted with?
We have been given intuition to help ourselves through life's journey. The soul that is the place of souls, selects which physical body it is going to descend into. It does not descend in full. Part of the soul descends into the physical body and another part remains above. That part of the intuition that descends is a kind of compass that helps us to direct our lives: Knowing what choices to make; knowing what will happen in the short or long term and so forth. At the moment that we do not listen to it and do not use it, we actually empty ourselves of the human content that we received.

If we want to learn to use it, we need to reawaken this energy and know how to differentiate between fears, emotions, thoughts and beliefs and our intuition. Meaning, knowing when intuition is talking and when it is something else. This ability will give us the security to choose things, solve problems based on intuitive decisions and not just to rely on rational decisions.
When we choose to be courageous and awaken the divine spark within us, we reconnect ourselves with father heaven and the origin of our soul.

Patient Story-I decided to love myself and over time my body shed the excess kilograms

Mira was skeptical when she came to see Arian Lev, but for all that, she wanted to give it a try.  With Arian, she wanted to clarify things relating to success, self-realization, self-confidence and self-pity, in fact everything that the individual experiences when he does not like himself.  Mira is a creative artist who needs to appear on stage and needs to feel at one with herself.  It was important for her to do so with self-confidence and self-acceptance.

Arian immediately identified what was causing the blockage.  Although Mira had not come to her fat, Arian was able to see that Mira had previously suffered from emotional eating and she recommended that she try a holistic slimming course.

"I went on the holistic slimming course with mixed feelings. I was still skeptical but I decided to go with an open mind and to listen, and the course, did indeed, contribute a lot to me.  In a mystical type of process I started to lose the excess kilograms that were still bothering me.  The course did not deal with what one should or should not eat, but instead focused on the subconscious.  If someone takes what he has learned from that course and internalizes it, then the work that we did on the subconscious will result in change and weight loss.  That is what happened to me. I decided to like myself, I accepted myself and over time, my body healed, became stronger and shed the excess kilograms.  Those kilograms simply fell away on their own."

"The process continued after the course as well.  I took the tools that I had acquired into my daily life.  From the therapy I learned what it means to like myself, fulfillment.  I learned to believe in the good that would come my way.  I published a poetry book that I am very fond of and on which I had worked for years.  I make music, record myself and am on a fulfillment drive."

"The Arian Lev House is filled with blessings.  It gives people joy, it changes those who come there and causes them to learn how to love themselves.  It is a place that makes you feel wonderful, like a kind of miracle – because it is not always possible to enable people to understand the process that they are experiencing, but the result is there – something in you changes and it works."

On the Mysteries of the Subconscious, its Power, What it is and How it Works

Let's get to know the subconscious and thus be the one who creates the reality of our life!
How does the subconscious work and how can we change our reality?

The solar plexus area is filled with an enormous power, the subconscious. It can be compared to a whole book with our explanations and interpretations about life, and so we create the reality in which we live. Like a computer hard disk, the subconscious also contains all our beliefs and our interpretations of the reality in folders and files .                                                                                                Our reality is a reflection of our subconscious, of what is written in those folders and files.

All the emotions we feel towards certain people, all of our behavioral patterns, all our beliefs - they are all created according to theses same primary files that are located in our subconscious.
For example, there are people who trust everybody and there are those who feel they cannot rely on others - according to their subconscious blocks. There are those that pull into their life situations proving them again and again that they cannot rely on anybody.

Even though a person is in search for a trustful relationship to provide them with confidence and love, their subconscious files will still attract to their life situations that will repeatedly lead them to disappointment, and once again strengthen their beliefs that there is no such a thing to believe in a man and that they should be careful.

Some people carry the belief in their subconscious that "a lot of assets = a lot of worry." They believe that being a man of means is to be an unloving man with no conscience, who
uses others and is used.

These same people will either work hard for the money, or will not reach any financial freedom since their subconscious provide them with the feeling that once they have money they will not have love. Or, when they get to a financial success they won’t be able to keep it, following the equation.

Sometimes these people claim they do want money, assets, wealth and do not understand why it is prevented from them or why they fail to keep their new situation after accumulating so many assets.

The answer can be found in those folders and files in their subconscious.

If so, What is the Subconscious? How do I Change the Files and Folders in it So That We Can Change our Reality?

Every person has a soul within a physical body. Every person comes into the world to make amends and learn some lessons. Even before they were born, there are in his subconscious files and folders that contain beliefs about life. These beliefs are based on his previous life.
From this basis, new beliefs, instructions and directives are burned in their subconscious all along their current life. In other words, the person comes into the world to fix and learn a lesson, when the seeds related to the lesson have been buried in their subconscious and are originated from previous incarnations. What is required from a person now is to build up new files so that he could change his reality.

The baby's brain is like a sponge. The brain absorbs new information and stores it in the existing folder or, it opens a new one if necessary. Thus, it seems that our relationship to ourselves, money, the world around us is built on observation and learning from those around us and especially our parents. We copy their beliefs and make them second nature to us.

Sometimes those beliefs are in conflict with those existing in our subconscious. For example, a woman comes into the world with past life folders that contain free expression, assertiveness, a desire for free expression, knowing that anything is possible - all these beliefs are in fact her "character" - what she was born with.

And it sometimes happens that this same woman was brought up by a family that showed her life through restrictions and limits . She then understands she is given different roles that are in opposition with her character. She learns from her mother to give up on herself like her mother does to everyone without any limits.

As a little girl, she will open folders suggesting that the role of women is to please the man who is the one in the center. She will burn in her subconscious that  in fact there is no place of her wishes and desires. So, that child has conflicting folders. When she grows up these folders will bring her to a conflict. She may want a marriage based on equal rights between man and woman but may pull into her life a man who wants to be the center  and she will act similarly to her mother. This is the way a conflict is created; between the inner personality and daily conduct.

This conflict can equally be expressed in the case this woman starts an independent career but will avoid any romantic relationship. This conflict can also appear by destructive behaviors: substance abuse, eating disorders, anger and more.
Like other people who repress their feelings - the body can also poison itself may bring to itself illnesses such as cancer, heart disease and more.
(Of course this is an example of what might happen in the event of this conflict. The source of these diseases  is not always due to the block that originated this conflict). So the Real Power is Within us, our Subconscious.

In order to fix these patterns, we need to enter the book of the subconscious. The mysteries of the subconscious, read the files in it and then fix them. In other words, be the one who write the files in accordance with our beliefs, our character, our soul, and make up with our past, clean the files and ideas that do not serve us or do not belong to us.

How the Subconscious Mysteries are Reflected in Daily Life?

In our everyday life we try to escape from our own self - we refrain ourselves from entering in, we prefer to forget and escape, deal with the outside but not the inside. But there is no way out. As it is written in the testament - "Each Person is an Entire World by Himself”.                                           In every person there are those three elements that are on Earth: iron, carbon, oxygen. But there is another element: Gravity.

The power of gravity is located in our solar plexus area, in the heart area. We attract to us the reality of our lives according to those beliefs in the subconscious. People we meet, the opportunities that come our way are the reflections of our beliefs, thoughts, feelings and emotions that are within us.

If we think that a certain decision (like leaving a job, breaking up with a your partner) will change our lives, it is wrong thinking. A new job will sound attractive at first but soon we will find that we experience the same feelings and experiences we've experienced before. And so it is, in the case of a new partner into our life...

We must make a real change and such change will occur only if we connect back to ourselves, examine our beliefs; these same files and folders that are in our subconscious and decide on which one we are giving up. Which of them does not serve us anymore and which one we hold on to and intensify. Only then can we really start changing!

Good Luck,
With Love,

Arian Lev

About Arian Lev

Arian Lev, (35) was born in Haifa and has a B.A. in social sciences from Haifa University. Arian specializes in a variety of holistic treatment methods:

With the assistance of this rare diagnostic ability, she succeeds in finding the right way for each person to achieve freedom and complete self-fulfillment.
Arian Lev developed the method for re-programming the subconscious after experiencing a serious crisis and as the result of her own life's experience which included much pain and coping with problems. For 15 years, Arian fought against bulimia. While she was struggling with her own private pain and eating disorder, she searched for a solution and a path that would help her save her life.
Arian felt that she was not in control of her life and that she was losing her way in a chase after nothing.
After a divorce from a successful doctor and leaving a management position with an international company, she realized her goal in life. Arian left everything behind her and began her journey. She started studying – psychology courses, alternative medicine, healing, reincarnation, guided imagination, Reiki Master, and others, and as the result of her studies and life experiences, she began to flourish. Arian's personal growth came out of her pain. And so did her enlightenment and understanding.
Following what she had been through, Arian had a strong desire to give – to pass on the knowledge she had acquired to as many people as possible so as to enrich their world and help them to generate change in their lives.
So over the last 10 years she developed and created
The Arian Lev Method of reprogramming the subconscious.
This method is unique. It has been published in Israel and worldwide. This method provides very powerful tools for people who are exposed and open to the immense power of the subconscious.
